The Penguin Soda Siphon.

This handheld siphon allows you to make fresh sparkling water and soda with superior taste and fizz at home in less time than it takes to brew coffee.Unlike old-fashioned siphons that only make sparkling water by the glass, this device makes a full carafe of freshly carbonated water. Once the carafe is filled with water and placed inside the siphon, a few presses of the lever infuse the liquid with carbonation; press fewer times for light fizz, or more times for heavier bubbles, allowing complete customization of sparkling water in seconds instead of the "one-size-fits-all" approach of standard models. The siphon completely eliminates the need to purchase and store multiple bottles and cans, and it operates without batteries or electricity. Two dishwasher-safe glass carafes with stoppers are included, along with two CO2 cartridges (one cartridge provides fizz for up to 45 carafes, and instructions are provided for ordering additional cartridges from the manufacturer).
